Spectacular views of the ocean can be seen either whilst enjoying a casual B.B.Q. on the large verandah or preparing a meal inside in the kitchen. The large open lounge/dining/kitchen room is surrounded by glass panels giving a very relaxed atmosphere with views the ocean.
This polished timber floor home is designed with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at each end of the house sleeping a total maximum of 12 persons making it a great home for 2 families.
There is a large fridge/freezer in the kitchen and another upright freezer in the laundry. A third shower/toilet is also in the laundry along with a washing machine. There is fish cleaning facilities outside.
This house is hard wired except for 1 power point for medical purposes. No other refrigeration, heated elements or such can be plugged into this home.

Note:
All houses are Solar/Generated Power and you can not bring any more refrigeration or any other heated element items to plug into the house power.
If you do, you could be asked to unplug any items that draw too much power so as to make the generators run long hours or in some houses you will run out of power till the sun puts more solar back into the batteries.
