LOWER LEVEL:
Views of the ocean from the Cape to Waddy can be seen either whilst preparing a casual B.B.Q. on the verandah or a meal inside in the kitchen. The large open lounge/dining/kitchen room has glass sliding doors/windows making it possible to see the water while you are sitting inside.
In the lounge room there is a TV, CD player and radio.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

1.  1 queen bed + 2 Trundle beds
2.  1 set of bunk beds
3.  1 set of bunk beds
The lower level sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.
No other refrigeration, heated elements or such to be plugged into this home.

TOP LEVEL:

The views from this is magnificent taking in Sandy Cape to Waddy Point. This is only suitable for the maximum of 2 persons. 1 double bed, 1 divan, and there is a single mattress on the floor for a child if necessary. This unit has it’s own toilet and shower but has to share the laundry with the unit below. You have your own private entrance and there is a lockable adjoining door between the two units.. There is a refrigerator/freezer, and TV/CD/DVD, table and chairs. There is a BBQ and table and chairs on the small verandah. 

Note:
All houses are Solar/Generated Power and you can not bring any more refrigeration or any other heated element items to plug into the house power.
If you do, you could be asked to unplug any items that draw too much power so as to make the generators run long hours or in some houses you will run out of power till the sun puts more solar back into the batteries.
