- Deposit is to paid within
2 weeks of booking and final payment to be
paid in cash to owners on arrival.
- The house is to be
vacated by 9:30am on the day of departure.
- Tenants are to leave the
house as clean as they found it as it
makes it easier for the cleaners,
especially during busy changeovers, so the
next tenant can move in as soon as
possible.
- All refrigeration to be
turned off and cleaned out.
- All rubbish to be taken
away on departure to either the dump or
the bins on the beach at Waddy Point.
What to Bring:
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for
your comfort. All are perfectly laundered and
of high quality. - Bring your own personal items.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.
- IF FOR SOME REASON YOU HAVE TO CANCEL A BOOKING WE DO OUR BEST TO REBOOK THE TIME BOOKED BY YOU AND RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT.
- IF YOU CANCEL 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING TIME FULL DEPOSIT LESS $50.00 BOOKING FEE.
- CANCELLATION LESS THAN 6 WEEKS IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE CAN REBOOK THE TIME.
