- Deposit is to paid within
2 weeks of booking and final payment 2
weeks prior to arrival date.
- Payment to be made by
cheques, money orders or internet banking.
- The house is to be
vacated by 9:30am on the day of departure.
- Tenants are to leave the
house as clean as they found it as it
makes it easier for the cleaners,
especially during busy changeovers, so the
next tenant can move in as soon as
possible.
- All refrigeration to be
turned off and cleaned out.
- All rubbish to be taken
away on departure to either the dump or
the bins on the beach at Waddy Point.

This house is a double storey set to
the rear of a bush block. It has a large verandah on 3
sides with a gate to make it safe for children. It is
located in a very quiet and secluded area. Lots of
trees and birds and gardens are currently being laid
out.
This house sleeps a
maximum of 12 persons.

Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen and 1 Single
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds

Standing kitchen with
large Fridge/Freezer and a Tuckerbox Freezer.
No other refrigeration to be plugged into this
house. There is no generator backup.
In the loungeroom,
(polished floors throughout) there is a TV/DVD Player.
There is no stereo system or satelite link.

Laundry downstairs with Front Loader Washing Machine
No other refrigeration, heated elements (hair
dryers etc) or such to be plugged into this home as
this
is a straight solar house with no generator
backup. There is plenty of power if lights not
being used are turned off, washing done when the sun
is out and no other refrigeration plugged in. For
those who may need extra refrigeration, they will have
to bring a small generator to run it.
Note:
All houses are Solar/Generated Power and you can not bring any more refrigeration or any other heated element items to plug into the house power.
If you do, you could be asked to unplug any items that draw too much power so as to make the generators run long hours or in some houses you will run out of power till the sun puts more solar back into the batteries.
