This is a very practical home. It has wide verandahs on 3 sides,
views of the water, and a large table on the verandah with a
B.B.Q.
It’s lounge/dining room/kitchen is surrounded by glass doors so you can view out to the water from inside. The kitchen is granite and stainless steel with a microwave and an ice making
refrigerator, gas wall oven and a large gas stove.
Bedroom 1...... 1 queen bed + 1 single bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2...... 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3...... 2 single beds
TV room ...... 1 single bed.
This house upstairs sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. For those who may need to sleep more for an extra
$200 you can have downstairs which will sleep another 4 persons.
Downstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and a small open area with another 2 single beds, a small refrigerator and a sink.
The laundry is downstairs with a tucker box freezer and a front loading washing machine.
Note:
All houses are Solar/Generated Power and you can not bring any more refrigeration or any other heated element items to plug into the house power.
If you do, you could be asked to unplug any items that draw too much power so as to make the generators run long hours or in some houses you will run out of power till the sun puts more solar back into the batteries.
