- Deposit is to paid within
2 weeks of booking and final payment 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
- The house is to be
vacated by 9:30am on the day of departure.
- Tenants are to leave the
house as clean as they found it as it
makes it easier for the cleaners,
especially during busy changeovers, so the
next tenant can move in as soon as
possible.
- All refrigeration to be
turned off and cleaned out.
- All rubbish to be taken
away on departure to either the dump or
the bins on the beach at Waddy Point.
Off Peak Months:
Weeks in February and November only. This
house will be available for $1000 per week and
a nightly rate of $180 with a minimum of 3
nights.
What to Bring:
All your own linen plus you own personal items.

- IF YOU CANCEL 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING TIME FULL DEPOSIT LESS $50.00 BOOKING FEE.
- CANCELLATION LESS THAN 6 WEEKS IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE CAN REBOOK THE TIME.

Beautiful afternoon sunsets can be seen
from the verandahs of this eco-friendly, solar powered
holiday house. The large verandahs go all around the
house with a gate so children can be closed in and
parents can relax. Downstairs is a BBQ under a pergola
with grass surrounding. There is an outside shower and
a fish cleaning bench.
Three Bedrooms.
Bedroom 1...............1 Queen bed and an ensuite
Bedroom 2...............1 set of single bunks
Bedroom 3...............1 set of single bunks
In the lounge room
there is a pull down divan where 2 more persons can
sleep
This house sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.

All pots and kitchen items supplied
Doona and pillows provided (bring your own linen and
extra blankets)

Laundry downstairs - rainwater tanks
Pergola with table and chairs, gas BBQ and benches

No other refrigeration, heated elements (hair dryers etc) or such to be plugged into this home. This is a solar house and any other items other than than what is in this house already will only use up your power.
Note:
All houses are Solar/Generated Power and you can not bring any more refrigeration or any other heated element items to plug into the house power.
If you do, you could be asked to unplug any items that draw too much power so as to make the generators run long hours or in some houses you will run out of power till the sun puts more solar back into the batteries.
